A Juvenile Review Board (JRB) has been established to provide a community based program for diverting eligible juvenile cases from the Juvenile Justice System, and to provide intervention at the local level.

The JRB is comprised of eleven members appointed by the Board of Selectmen representing key areas of our community including: law enforcement, school officials, court personnel, and local community mem- bers.

The goal of the JRB is to make effective recommendations to assist the juvenile in avoiding repeat behaviors leading to an arrest or a school based referral to the Juvenile Justice System.
